English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from a man of Banu Ghifar, from Sa'id al-Maqburi — that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Allah has indeed exhausted all excuses against a servant He kept alive until he reached sixty — or seventy — years. Allah has indeed exhausted all excuses, Allah has indeed exhausted all excuses against him.' [Meaning: at such an age, he has no valid excuse left for having failed to repent and do good.]
