حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أ
َبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ تُسَافِرُ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي رَحِمٍ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-Rahman, from Malik, from Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'It is not lawful for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel [a journey of] a day and a night except in the company of a mahram [male relative whom she is permanently forbidden to marry].'
