حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُبَارَكٍ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا اسْتَنْشَقَ أَدْخَلَ الْمَاءَ فِي مَنْخِرَيْهِ
English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Attab ibn Ziyad, from 'Abd Allah ibn al-Mubarak, from Ma'mar, from Hammam ibn Munabbih — that the Prophet ﷺ, when he performed istinshaq (sniffing water into the nose during wudu), would draw the water deep into his nostrils.
