حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّهَا سَتَأْتِي عَلَى النَّاسِ سِنُونَ
خَدَّاعَةٌ يُصَدَّقُ فِيهَا الْكَاذِبُ وَيُكَذَّبُ فِيهَا الصَّادِقُ وَيُؤْتَمَنُ فِيهَا الْخَائِنُ وَيُخَوَّنُ فِيهَا الْأَمِينُ وَيَنْطِقُ فِيهَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ قِيلَ وَمَا الرُّوَيْبِضَةُ قَالَ السَّفِيهُ يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي أَمْرِ الْعَامَّةِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Yazid, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Qudama, from Ishaq ibn Bakr ibn Abi al-Furat, from Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id, from his father — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There will come to people deceptive years in which the liar will be believed and the truthful will be disbelieved, the treacherous will be trusted and the trustworthy will be accused of treachery, and the ruwaybida will speak." It was asked: "What is the ruwaybida?" He said: "The foolish man who speaks about public affairs."
