حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ إِذَا شَهِدَ الصَّلَاةَ مَعِي كَانَ لَهُ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ شَاةٍ سَمِينَةٍ أَوْ شَاتَيْنِ لَفَعَلَ فَمَا يُصِيبُ مِنْ الْأَجْرِ أَفْضَلُ

English Translation
Mu'adh ibn Hisham narrated to us, my father narrated to me, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Abu Rafi', from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Prophet ﷺ of Allah ﷺ said: 'If any of you were to know what there is in the first row (of congregational prayer), and found no way except to draw lots, he would draw lots for it.'
