English Translation
Bahz narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, Ishaq ibn Abdullah informed us, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Indeed a man used to lend money to people, and he would say to his servant: If you come to one who is in hardship, overlook his debt — perhaps Allah will overlook our sins. When he met Allah, He overlooked his sins.'
