English Translation

And he ﷺ forbade two types of transactions and two ways of wearing garments: that one of you sits with his legs drawn up wrapped in a single garment with nothing covering his private parts, and that he wraps himself in his lower garment when praying with nothing over his shoulders. And the two transactions: selling at a price to be determined by touching and throwing.
