وَقَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
English Translation
And he ﷺ said: 'Injuries caused by animals are without liability, wells are without liability, mines are without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is a fifth (to be paid as zakah).'
