حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ ثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَن

ْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْعَبْدِ الْمُصْلِحِ الْمَمْلُوكِ أَجْرَانِ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ بِيَدِهِ لَوْلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالْحَجُّ وَبِرُّ أُمِّي لَأَحْبَبْتُ أَنْ أَمُوتَ وَأَنَا مَمْلُوكٌ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Neither permit contagion, nor superstitious beliefs about bad omens, nor owls, nor the month of Safar. Flee from the leper as you would flee from a lion.'
