حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَ
نِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالظَّنَّ فَإِنَّ الظَّنَّ أَكْذَبُ الْحَدِيثِ لَا تَجَسَّسُوا وَلَا تَحَسَّسُوا وَلَا تَنَافَسُوا وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا وَلَا تَدَابَرُوا وَلَا تَبَاغَضُوا وَكُونُوا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ إِخْوَانًا

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Husayn ibn 'Ali al-Ju'fi, from Za'ida, from 'Abd Allah ibn Dhakwan, from 'Abd al-Rahman al-A'raj — that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the most lying of speech. Do not spy, do not eavesdrop, do not compete with one another, do not practice najsh (deceptive bidding), do not turn your backs on one another, and do not hate one another. Be servants of Allah, brothers."
