حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ
إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ أَوْ ابْنِ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِزْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ إِلَى عَضَلَةِ سَاقَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِلَى نِصْفِ سَاقَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِلَى كَعْبَيْهِ فَمَا كَانَ أَسْفَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فِي النَّارِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via al-Walid ibn Muslim, from al-Awza'i, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Taymi, from Ya'qub or Ibn Ya'qub — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The believer's lower garment reaches to the middle of his shins, then to mid-calf, then to the ankles. Whatever is below that is in the Fire."
