Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ اسْتَمَعَ إِلَى آيَةٍ مِنْ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى كُتِبَ لَهُ حَسَنَةٌ مُضَاعَفَةٌ وَمَنْ تَلَاهَا كَانَتْ لَهُ نُورًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

English Translation
Abu Sa'id, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to us, 'Abbad ibn Maysarah narrated to us, from al-Hasan al-Basri, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning.'
