English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, he said: 'Asim ibn Kulayb informed us, my father narrated to me, he said: I heard Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) say: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you prays, let him not clasp his hands together, for clasping is from Shaytan. And let one of you not spit in front of him, for he is facing his Lord, nor to his right, for there is an angel. Let him spit to his left or beneath his feet and bury it.'
