حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ ع
ُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ ثُمَّ قَدْ حَرَّمَ عَلَيَّ دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, Sa'id ibn Kathir ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to me that he heard Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) saying: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When a man says to his brother: O disbeliever, it falls upon one of them. If the one addressed is as he said, then it is as he said. Otherwise, it returns to the one who said it.'
