Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu al-Aswad narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Rafi', from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you meets his brother, let him greet him with salam. If a tree, wall, or rock comes between them, then they meet again, let him greet him again.'
