حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّ
انَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصَّلَوَاتُ الْخَمْسُ وَالْجُمُعَةُ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ كَفَّارَاتٌ لِمَا بَيْنَهُنَّ مَا اجْتُنِبَتْ الْكَبَائِرُ

English Translation
Abu Ja'far narrated to us, 'Abbad ibn al-'Awwam informed us, from Hisham ibn Hassan, from Muhammad ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever has means and delays payment, his honor and punishment become permissible.' (i.e., it is permissible to speak about him and to take him to court).
