حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أ

َبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ الْمِسْكِينُ الَّذِي تَرُدُّهُ الْأُكْلَةُ وَالْأُكْلَتَانِ أَوْ التَّمْرَةُ وَالتَّمْرَتَانِ وَلَكِنْ الْمِسْكِينُ الَّذِي لَا يَسْأَلُ شَيْئًا وَلَا يُفْطَنُ بِمَكَانِهِ فَيُعْطَى

English Translation

Abu Nu'aym narrated to us, he said al-A'mash narrated to us, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The strong person is not the one who can wrestle others; the strong person is the one who controls himself when he is angry.'
