English Translation
Ishaq ibn Isa narrated to us, he said Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'We are the last [in this world] but the first on the Day of Resurrection, except that they were given the Book before us and we were given it after them. They differed regarding it, and Allah guided us to what they differed about of the truth. So this is the day that they differed about — Allah guided us to it: Friday. Tomorrow is for the Jews, and the day after is for the Christians.'
