حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ كَتَبَ كِتَابًا بِيَدِهِ لِنَفْسِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فَوَضَعَهُ تَحْتَ عَرْشِهِ فِيهِ رَحْمَتِي سَبَقَتْ غَضَبِي

English Translation

Muhammad ibn Sabiq narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Whoever takes the property of people intending to pay it back, Allah will pay it back for him. And whoever takes it intending to destroy it, Allah will destroy him.'
