English Translation
Abd al-Samad ibn Hassan narrated to us, he said Sufyan informed us, from al-A'mash, from Dhakwan, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'While a dog was going around a well and was about to die of thirst, a prostitute from the prostitutes of Banu Isra'il saw it. She took off her shoe, filled it with water, and gave the dog to drink. She was forgiven because of that.'
