Attab narrated to us, he said Abdullah narrated to us, he said Ma'mar informed us, he said Suhayl ibn Abi Salih narrated to me, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said: 'Whoever sits in a sitting and has much idle talk in it, then says before getting up from that sitting: "Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdik, ashhadu an la ilaha illa Anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk" (Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You), he will be forgiven for what occurred in that sitting of his.'
