English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-Mughirah, from Ibrahim, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'Do not withhold milk from camels and sheep to deceive buyers. Whoever buys such a musarrah animal has the option of two choices: if he wishes, he may return it along with a sa' of dates.' He also said: 'A man should not sell over the sale of his brother, and a woman should not ask for the divorce of her sister in order to tip over what is in her plate, for her provision is what has been decreed for her. And do not engage in najash (bidding up prices to deceive), and do not intercept goods coming to market.'
