حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ ال
نَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ خَيْرُكُمْ قَرْنِي ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ لَا أَدْرِي ذَكَرَ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ خَلَفَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ قَوْمٌ يُحِبُّونَ السِّمَانَةَ يَشْهَدُونَ وَلَا يُسْتَشْهَدُونَ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, from 'Abdullah ibn Shaqiq, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'The best of you are my generation, then those who follow them.' Abu Hurayrah said: 'I do not know whether he mentioned two or three times.' Then after them will come people who love obesity, who testify without being asked to testify.'
