حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ أَ

بِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كُلُّ مَوْلُودٍ يُولَدُ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ فَأَبَوَاهُ يُهَوِّدَانِهِ وَيُنَصِّرَانِهِ وَيُشْرِكَانِهِ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, from Dhakwan, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'Every child is born upon the fitrah (natural disposition of Islam), then his parents make him a Jew, or a Christian, or a polytheist.'
