English Translation

And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah (عز وجل) descends to the lowest heaven every night when the first third of the night has passed and says: 'I am the King' — twice — 'Who is the one calling upon Me so that I may respond? Who is the one asking of Me so that I may give him? Who is the one seeking My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?' And He continues like this until the dawn brightens."
