English Translation
Yahya, meaning Ibn Sa'id, narrated to us from Yazid ibn Kaysan, he said: Abu Hazim narrated to me, he said: Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) said: While the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in the mosque, he said: "O 'A'ishah, hand me the garment." She said: "I am not praying (i.e., I am menstruating)." He said: "It is not in your hand" (meaning the impurity does not transfer to the garment). So she handed it to him.
