Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ وَسَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة
َ قَالَ أَبِي قُلْتُ لِيَحْيَى كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ مَا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَشَرَةٍ إِلَّا يُؤْتَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولًا لَا يَفُكُّهُ إِلَّا الْعَدْلُ أَوْ يُوبِقُهُ الْجَوْرُ

English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us from Ibn 'Ajlan, he said: Sa'id narrated to me from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) — and I heard my father narrating from Abu Hurayrah. My father said: I asked Yahya: "Are both from the Prophet ﷺ?" He said: "Yes." He said: "There is no leader of ten people except that he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection in shackles. Nothing will free him except justice, or injustice will destroy him."
