English Translation
Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Every joint of a person must perform a charity every day the sun rises: to judge justly between two people is a charity. To help a man with his mount, lifting him onto it or hoisting his belongings onto it, is a charity. A good word is a charity. Every step taken toward the prayer is a charity. And removing a harmful thing from the road is a charity.'
