English Translation
Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu Yunus narrated to us, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'When any one of you prays, let him not spit in front of him, for indeed he is privately conversing with Allah (عز وجل) as long as he is in his prayer place. And let him not spit to his right, for indeed there is an angel to his right. Let him spit to his left or under his foot, then bury it.'
