حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَمُحَمّ

َدٌ عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ أَبَا صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَاتَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَجْتَنِبْ الْوَجْهَ

English Translation

Yazid narrated to us, he said: Muhammad informed us, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه); and Muhammad from one who heard Abu Salih al-Samman narrating from Abu Hurayrah who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When one of you fights, let him avoid striking the face."
