حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِكُلِّ أَهْلِ عَمَلٍ بَابٌ مِنْ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ يُدْعَوْنَ
بِذَلِكَ الْعَمَلِ وَلِأَهْلِ الصِّيَامِ بَابٌ يُدْعَوْنَ مِنْهُ يُقَالُ لَهُ الرَّيَّانُ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَلْ أَحَدٌ يُدْعَى مِنْ تِلْكَ الْأَبْوَابِ كُلِّهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ وَأَنَا أَرْجُو أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْهُمْ يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ

English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn 'Amr informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "For every category of righteous deed, there is a gate from the gates of Paradise through which its people will be called. For the people of fasting, there is a gate from which they will be called, known as al-Rayyan." Abu Bakr (رضي الله عنه) said: "O Messenger of Allah, is there anyone who will be called from all of those gates?" He said: "Yes, and I hope that you will be among them, O Abu Bakr."
