حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ

حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصِنْ أَنْ يُنْفَى عَامًا مَعَ الْحَدِّ عَلَيْهِ

English Translation
Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Layth narrated to us, he said: 'Uqayl narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, that he ruled regarding one who committed adultery and was not married that he be exiled for one year in addition to the prescribed punishment.
