حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ دَارَّةَ مَوْلَى عُثْمَانَ قَالَ إِنَّا لَبِالْبَقِيعِ مَعَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ إِذْ سَمِعْنَاهُ يَقُولُ أَنَا أ
َعْلَمُ النَّاسِ بِشَفَاعَةِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالَ فَتَدَاكَّ النَّاسُ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا إِيهٍ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ قَالَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَكَ مُؤْمِنٌ بِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِكَ

English Translation
Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: al-'Ala' ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ya'qub narrated to me, from Ibn Darrah, the freed slave of 'Uthman, who said: We were at al-Baqi' with Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) when we heard him saying: "I am the most knowledgeable of all people about the intercession of Muhammad ﷺ on the Day of Resurrection." The people crowded around him and said: "Go on, may Allah have mercy on you." He said: "He will say: 'O Allah, forgive every Muslim servant who met You as a believer in me, not associating anything with You.'"
