English Translation

He (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ disliked the shikal — or ashkal — marking pattern in horses. 'Abdullah said: My father said: Shu'bah errs in attributing this to 'Abdullah ibn Yazid; rather it is Salm ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Nakha'i.
