حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَ

مَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ أَصْدَقَ بَيْتٍ قَالَتْهُ الشُّعَرَاءُ أَلَا كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مَا خَلَا اللَّهَ بَاطِلُ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: "The most truthful verse the poets ever said is: 'Indeed, everything other than Allah is false.'"
