English Translation
Abu Dawud al-Hafari narrated to us from Sufyan, from Sa'd ibn Ibrahim, from Ibn Abi Salamah, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The soul of the believer remains suspended as long as he has a debt upon him.'
