English Translation
Hushaym narrated to us, Abu 'Abd Allah al-Bakri informed us, from Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id al-Maqburi, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Travel is a portion of punishment. It deprives one of his food, drink, and sleep. So when any of you has fulfilled his purpose from his journey, let him hasten to return to his family.'
