English Translation

And with this chain of narration, [the Prophet ﷺ] (ﷺ) said: 'None of you will be saved by his deeds.' They said: 'Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'Not even me, unless Allah envelops me with His mercy and grace. So strive to be correct and moderate, and worship in the morning, in the evening, and during some of the night. And stick to moderation, moderation — through it you will reach [your destination].'
