حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّ
حْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ

English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from al-Harith ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one becomes intoxicated, flog him. If he becomes intoxicated again, flog him. If he becomes intoxicated again, flog him. Then if he does it a fourth time, strike his neck.'
