حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْ
مَخْزُومِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْنُ الْآخِرُونَ السَّابِقُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَوَّلُ زُمْرَةٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا لَا حِسَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ عَلَى صُورَةِ الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ عَلَى أَشَدِّ ضَوْءِ كَوْكَبٍ فِي السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ هِيَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مَنَازِلُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, Isma'il informed us, from Ziyad al-Makhzumi, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'We are the last but the first on the Day of Resurrection. We are the first to enter Paradise. Except that they were given the Book before us and we were given it after them. They differed regarding it, and Allah guided us to the truth of what they differed about. This is their day over which they differed—meaning Friday—and the people follow us in it: the Jews tomorrow and the Christians the day after.'
