حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ أ

Body (Matn)

َبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً عُذِّبَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا الرُّوحَ وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِخٍ فِيهَا وَمَنْ اسْتَمَعَ إِلَى حَدِيثِ قَوْمٍ وَلَا يُعْجِبُهُمْ أَنْ يُسْتَمَعَ حَدِيثُهُمْ أُذِيبَ فِي أُذُنِهِ الْآنُكُ وَمَنْ تَحَلَّمَ كَاذِبًا دُفِعَ إِلَيْهِ شَعِيرَةٌ وَعُذِّبَ حَتَّى يَعْقِدَ بَيْنَ طَرَفَيْهَا وَلَيْسَ بِعَاقِدٍ

English Translation

Yazid narrated to us, Hammam ibn Yahya narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Ikrimah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Whoever makes an image will be punished on the Day of Resurrection and will be told: Breathe life into what you have created. And he will not be able to breathe life into it.'
