حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ع
َنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأْسُ الْكُفْرِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْفَخْرُ وَالْخُيَلَاءُ فِي أَهْلِ الْخَيْلِ وَالْإِبِلِ فِي الْفَدَّادِينَ أَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ وَالسَّكِينَةُ فِي أَهْلِ الْغَنَمِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad informed us, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The head of disbelief is toward the east. Pride and arrogance are found among the people of horses and camels, the loud-voiced people of the tents. And tranquility is found among the people of sheep.'
