Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْر
Body (Matn)
َةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ مَنَامِهِ فَلَا يَغْمِسْ يَدَهُ فِي طَهُورِهِ حَتَّى يُفْرِغَ عَلَيْهَا فَيَغْسِلَهَا فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي أَيْنَ بَاتَتْ يَدُهُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, Hisham informed us, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'When one of you wakes from sleep, let him not dip his hand in his water for purification until he washes it three times, for he does not know where his hand spent the night.'
