Surayj narrated to us, Fulayh narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn al-'Ala' al-Thaqafi, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Madinah and Makkah are surrounded by angels. At every passage there is an angel guarding it. Neither the plague nor the Dajjal will enter them.'
