حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ صَلَاتَيْنِ وَعَنْ لِبْسَتَيْنِ وَعَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ نَهَى عَنْ صَلَاةٍ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ وَعَنْ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ وَعَنْ اشْتِمَالِ الصَّمَّاءِ وَعَنْ الِاحْتِبَاءِ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ تُفْضِي بِفَرْجِكَ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ubayd narrated to us, Ubaydullah narrated to us, from Khubayb ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Hafs ibn Asim, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited two types of sales: al-mulamasah (selling by touch without inspection) and al-munabadhah (selling by throwing without inspection).
