حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادٌ أَنَّ ثَاب
ِتًا مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُسَلِّمُ الرَّاكِبُ عَلَى الْمَاشِي وَالْمَاشِي عَلَى الْقَاعِدِ وَالْقَلِيلُ عَلَى الْكَثِيرِ

English Translation
Rawh narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us—and Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Ibn Jurayj—he said: Ziyad informed me that Thabit, the freed slave of Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd, informed him that he heard Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) say: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If one of you steps on something wet with his sandals, then the earth (soil) is its purification.'
