‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏رَوْحٌ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏مَالِكٌ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِيهِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏ ‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏نَهَى أَنْ ‏ ‏يُنْبَذَ ‏ ‏فِي ‏ ‏الدُّبَّاءِ ‏ ‏وَالْمُزَفَّتِ ‏

English Translation

Rawh narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from al-Ala ibn Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited making nabidh in gourds (dubba) and vessels coated with pitch (muzaffat).
