حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِ
Body (Matn)
ي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَيْسَ الشَّدِيدُ بِالصُّرَعَةِ وَلَكِنَّ الشَّدِيدَ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Rawh narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The strong person is not the one who wrestles well, but the strong person is the one who controls himself in a fit of anger.'
