English Translation

'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, Zuhayr, meaning Ibn Muhammad, narrated to us, from al-'Ala', from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'The mu'adhdhin is forgiven to the extent of [the reach of] his voice, and every moist and dry thing testifies for him. And the one who attends the prayer in congregation has twenty-five prayers written for him, and he is expiated between the two [prayers].'
