حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَعَى النَّجَاشِيَّ لِأَصْحَابِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اسْتَغْفِرُوا لَهُ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ بِأَصْحَابِهِ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ كَمَا يُصَلِّي عَلَى الْجَنَائِزِ

English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If the debtor is in difficulty, then grant him time until it is easy for him. And if one of you would remit it as charity, that is better for him.'
